Financial Support
The secondments are partly financed by the MobiliseSME programme.
The purpose of the financial support is to contribute towards the expenses made by the Employee, Manager, Owner or Co-owner during the stay.
The financial assistance depends on the country where the secondment takes place, the monthly financial assistance are detailed in the following table:

The Union grant can cover travel costs related to taking up duties in the host company, a part of expatriation costs and integration costs, and where relevant, also a short language training.
