Contact your Local Contact Point

Local Contact Points (Intermediary Organisations) have been officially appointed by the EASI Programme to help to establish contacts among EU SMEs in the framework of the MobiliseSME programme.

They are entities such as Chambers of Commerce, Innovation Agencies, Foundations, Association of Chambers of Commerce, Business Organisations, Universities and Business Incubators, among others.

Their main task is to facilitate successful secondments between host and sending companies and to offer match-making services. You can contact any of them in your country by visiting the Local Information points section on the website.

Other tools that may help you knowing about the programme are the MobiliseSME Guide or the Registration Guide.

Register in the Matchmaking Platform and find a business partner

Any person belonging to an eligible SME may contact a Partner Organisation for participating in the MobiliseSME programme and register the SME on his/her behalf.

SMEs must submit their applications via an on-line registration tool in the Matchmaking Platform. As part of the registration, SMEs have to choose one of the Local Information Points officially appointed to handle this task.

Once you are registered, a local information point will be assigned to you and will help you during the process.

The Matchmaking Platform will also help you find business peers from any of the EU countries. The programme allows the use of the scheme to boost business collaborations already taking place.

Work on the Mobilise SME Learning document

The MobiliseSME Learning document or activity plan is the main working and bonding document for all sides involved where objectives for all sides, description of the learning project, planning of activities and expected outcomes will be described.

Ready to go!

Before leaving, the MobiliseSME programme will provide you with all the practical information necessary for the exchange. This includes any issue related to EU and business subjects and practical information on the stay abroad.

For details about possible legal implications (administrative, social security, health care, labour and fiscal law) contact your local information point.

At the end of the exchange, a small satisfaction questionnaire is required.
